Every fourth Sunday of the month, our church community comes together for Benevolence Sunday, a day dedicated to supporting those in need within our local area. This special day is an opportunity for each of us to contribute to the well-being of our neighbors and foster a spirit of compassion and generosity.

Support the Canal Winchester Food Pantry

On Benevolence Sunday, we encourage you to bring pantry items, laundry detergent, and personal products to support the Canal Winchester food pantry. This local pantry is crucial in ensuring that families and individuals in our community have access to essential supplies. Your contributions help stock the shelves and provide much-needed resources to those facing difficult times.

Contribute to the Benevolence Fund

In addition to donating goods, you can also give directly to our Benevolence Fund. This fund is specifically used to assist with needs within our congregation and the wider community. Whether helping a family cover unexpected medical bills, providing emergency housing assistance or supporting other urgent needs, your financial contributions make a significant impact.

Give Through CarePortal

Our church also partners with CarePortal, a platform that connects local children and families in need with those who can help. By giving through CarePortal as an individual or a business, you support efforts to keep children within their families and out of the foster system. Common needs include providing beds or dressers for children moving into a relative's home. Your generosity helps create stability and comfort for these children, often opening doors to new relationships and even church visits.
