Have you ever faced a situation that didn’t make sense—but you still believed? That’s the heartbeat of this week’s sermon from Pastor Rich at New Faith Church: “Unstoppable Faith.” Whether you’re dealing with uncertainty, illness, or unanswered prayers, God is calling you to trust Him beyond what you see. Like Abraham believing for a child at 100 years old, we too are called to hope against all odds.

✝️ What Is Unstoppable Faith?

“Unstoppable faith is trusting God's promise even when reality says otherwise.”

Pastor Rich opened by redefining what it means to be “blessed”: not just wealth, but favor, provision, protection, and peace. Unstoppable faith isn’t about being perfect—it’s about believing when everything tells you not to. Noah, Moses, and David weren’t flawless, but they trusted God fully.

🔥The Power of God's Promises

“God’s Word never fails. Are you willing to believe it over your circumstances?”

Reading from Romans 4:18–21, Pastor Rich reminded us of Abraham’s faith:

“Against all hope, Abraham in hope believed…”

Abraham believed God's promise despite being childless and aged. Pastor Rich asked us to reflect: What promises has God given you that you’ve dismissed because they seemed impossible?

🌪 Shutting Down the Noise

“Quit seeking the approval of people. Start living for the approval of God.”

Life is loud. Friends, social media, fear, and doubt constantly shout at us. But Pastor Rich encouraged us to silence distractions and stop feeding fear. He challenged the church to evaluate: Who are you listening to? And are they leading you closer to faith or further from it?

💡Faith That Forgives and Heals

Using the story of Corrie Ten Boom, Pastor Rich powerfully illustrated that unstoppable faith includes radical forgiveness. Corrie forgave a former Nazi guard who had once tormented her family. That’s the kind of hope and healing that goes beyond circumstances.

“Let the promises of God take you beyond the circumstances of your life.”

To grow unstoppable faith:

• Learn God’s promises (start with a simple Google search!)

• Speak them out loud

• Shut down negative voices

• Believe God for more than you can imagine

Pastor Rich closed with a call to “clean house”—to detox spiritually and emotionally so that nothing hinders our faith.
